Fine Art: fine art portraits generally captures mood and emotions. It has a dramatic feel and usually doesn't show the face of whoever is being photographed. Viewpoint of artist
Commercial: commercial portraits are usually the view point of the client and make you want to know more about whatever is going on in the picture. This is more than often used in ads and commercials hence the name.
